Get Checked! is the lung cancer awareness campaign run by Lung Cancer Europe (LuCE). We are a non-profit organisation based in Switzerland, committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in line with European and Swiss data protection laws.

  - Mailchimp: to manage email newsletters

  - Squarespace: website hosting, webforms, and design

  - Google Fonts: for typography (loaded through Squarespace)

5. Why we collect your data

- Most data is stored on servers located in Switzerland or the EU.

- Email subscription data is stored by Mailchimp in the US. Mailchimp is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

- Usage data is processed by Google Analytics (GA4) and stored by Google.

- Website content (including forms and Google Fonts) is hosted by Squarespace on secure servers.

11. Children

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
